8. How can we
dispute a ruling during a Challenge Game?
- We don't have enough
people to field a team in one of the Challenge Games. Can we drop that
Game and double up on another one?
No, businesses will NOT be able to substitute one game for another.
If any Game has a required number of team members and a business cannot
fill out a team for that Game as part of their Participation Level, they will
forfeit that game. If any Game does not require a certain number
of team members but the business is not able to field any number of members
for that particular Game that is a part of their Participation Level, the
business will forfeit that game. Businesses may field additional Corporate
Teams over their Participation Level at a cost of $150 per team.

- Will companies be
allowed to field teams of less than posted number of members?
This will be determined on a game-by-game basis by each Challenge Game's Chair
dependent upon the rules/opinion provided by the Challenge site and/or by the
Game Chair. If a certain number of players is required for a Game and
the business cannot provide that many players, they will forfeit that Game.

- Can spouses/partners
or children of employees be on a team?
Yes, spouses/partners of
employees can be team members. Children of employees, 18 years old or older,
can be team members. However, if the spouse/partner’s or child’s place of
employment is also a competing business the spouse/partner or child can only
play for one business. (return to top)
- Do Game participants
have to be full-time employees?

of the business, but they must be current employees of the business.

earn points toward the Corporate Trophy?

whether Teams are a part of a Participation Level or Individual Corporate
Teams or Additional Corporate
Teams. Independent Teams will receive medals for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place
finishes in any of the Challenge Games where they will compete against other
