The 9-Hole Scramble Challenge will be hosted by Bob-O-Link Golf Courses 4141 Center Road in Avon on Monday, June 4 at 5:30 p.m.  Four team members are required for this Challenge Game. 

Up to two Alternates should be registered.  Alternate Players will fill-in for other team members in the event of sickness, injury or other inability to attend the game.
